Shipping policy

All Ti-A pieces are handwoven by women’s cooperatives in Ghana and ship from our studio in Denver, Colorado.

Where we ship: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. For orders to Hawaii or Alaska, please email us at simbala@tiawovengoods.com and we’ll quote shipping and place your order by phone. We don’t currently ship internationally.

Processing time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Your confirmation email includes a tracking number.

Shipping costs: Shipping typically ranges from $7 to $25, depending on your zip code and box size. Your exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Why our shipping costs what it does: We’re careful to keep product prices fair and shipping costs as low as possible. It’s a tough balance online. To sustain our work and the weavers we partner with, our shipping charges reflect the true cost of getting your piece to you. Your purchase and understanding are much appreciated.

Lost packages: If your package doesn’t arrive, please first file a missing mail report with shipping vendor, then send us a copy of the report along with your order number at simbala@tiawovengoods.com.
