Flower & Plant Basket, Bell-Shaped

Made of African grass with a leather handle, this one is also called a pot basket; it’s a traditional shape in Ghana weaving.

Pot baskets were used as a strainer in beer making. Today, they make for gorgeous décor. We’ve also seen people smitten with the small size, using it as a purse.
 

NOTES

-- Proportions vary – you’ll see some that are rounder and some that are taller. We suggest buying two of the same color, especially natural, to add charm to a display.

-- The blue hourglass pattern varies the most from basket to basket. Buying this one will be more of a leap of faith on your part, but worth it.  

-- Pot baskets are sent flat to save on shipping. Briefly soak the basket to press the flattened side out. Shape it for symmetry and pay extra attention to the line where it was folded. You’ll get the hang of it quickly, we promise.
